  Trademark application requirements:
  1. PA power of attorney simply signed and sealed by the seal of the applicant company
  2. A list of goods to be covered by the applicant according to the international classification.
  3. A printing block (not exceeding 10*10cm) and 10 print of the trademark.(can be prepared locally)
  4. The name, nationality and address of the proprietor and the nature of its business.
Patent requirements:
  1. Title of the invention.
  2. Full particulars of the applicant and /or inventors.
  3. Power of attorney simply signed.
  4. Deed of assignment duly legalized up to the Lebanese Consulate in case the applicant is other from the inventor.
  5. Certified copy of the priority document (in case convention priority is to be claimed).
  6. Power of attorney must accompany the application when filed (a copy transmitted by fax is sufficient to start filling).
  7. 3 copies of specifications, claims and drawings in English, Arabic or French.
  8. Patent specifications must accompany when filed.
