Yafi & Co can arrange trade mark searches in all countries of the world where it is possible to do so.

Third Step: Start registration which gives our clients exclusive rights to use the mark for Products & Services, and sue others who infringe those rights.

The duration of the registration of the trade mark is Ten years. Trade Marks should be registered wherever is intended to use them. If  not, hunters may register the mark to their own name, and prevent the original owner from using his mark in the particular country.
