  Trademark application requirements:
  1. A power of attorney simply signed.
  2. Fifteen prints of the trademark for each class of goods.
  3. The name, nationality. Address and occupation of the applicant.
Patent requirements:
  1. Title of the invention.
  2. Full particulars of the applicant and/or inventors.
  3. Power of attorney simply signed.
  4. Power of attorney must accompany the application when filed( a copy transmitted by fax is sufficient to start filling).
  5. Three copies of specifications, claims and drawings in English and Arabic.
  6. Applications can be filed before receiving document
